- MindFreedom Defends Itself in Court For Second Day From
Censorship by Eli
- Lilly About Formerly "Secret" Zyprexa Files
- BROOKLYN, NY: MindFreedom's attorney Ted Chabasinski and

- David Oaks both spoke today in court during a second day
of court
- hearings about Eli Lilly's supposedly "secret" files on
the
- psychiatric drug Zyprexa.
- At stake: Freedom of speech by MindFreedom and this web
site, which Eli
- Lilly is seeking to gag with a court order... and the
public right to
- know about Zyprexa fraud.
- Judge Jack Weinstein of the U.S. District Court of New
York closed
- today's hearing, and set a schedule to receive briefs from
both side.
- Based on the schedule the judge may be headed toward a
decision in early
- February.
