Questioning : Changing Ourselves [06.07.98]
Even the questioning act of man is a disturbance of nature, as well as a provocation to it. The more interrogations he presses upon his world, and the more vigorously he plies his resources, the more altered his world of resources becomes. His act of questioning even changes himself, to the consternation of psychologists who want to understand him as the stabilized product of antecedent events - evolutionary, biographical, and official.
